The Reverend Jetstream HB is a real workhorse guitar that combines custom humbucker power with the clarity of a 25.5″ scale. Get yourself some big clear rock tones or the warmest of round cleans. You can even  get some sweet percussive twang with a side of girth. Extremely versatile guitar with that cool classic Reverend look.

REVEREND JETSTREAM HB CUSTOM PICKUPS

Reverend designs their own proprietary custom pickups to achieve the best tonal match with the instrument. Reverend pickups are also specifically designed for each position, for balanced volume and tone when switching between pickups.

SPECIAL H NECK

Slightly cleaner than a vintage PAF. Open tone with excellent clarity. Uncovered versions are slightly hotter and brighter with less mids. 42 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 6.5K ohms.

SPECIAL H BRIDGE

Slightly hotter than a vintage PAF. Thick tone with excellent clarity. Uncovered versions are slightly hotter and brighter with less mids. 44 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 13K ohm

BASS CONTOUR

This passive bass roll-off is great for tightening up the low end, or re-voicing the pickups. It can make a humbucker sound like a single-coil, or give a P-90 that classic twang. Variable pickup voicing at your fingertips!

REVEREND JETSTREAM HB PIN-LOCK TUNERS

A thumbwheel under the tuner pushes a steel pin up through the post, locking the string in place for exceptional tuning stability and super-fast string changes. Also, the posts are custom height, eliminating the need for a second string tree.

BONEITE NUT

We use "Boneite," a synthetic bone nut, that is more consistent than natural bone, on all Reverend instruments. It reduces friction, allowing the strings to slide through the nut slots smoothly, improving tuning stability.

KORINA BODY

Korina (aka White Limba) is a medium-light weight wood, highly prized for consistency and tonal qualities. Often found in boutique and vintage instruments, all Reverends feature Korina bodies. A highly resonant wood, Korina is a key factor to producing our lively, responsive instruments that are rich in harmonics.

In 1997, working out of a small East Detroit garage rented from a local bicycle shop, Joe Naylor founded Reverend Guitars. Drawing heavily on an industrial design background, professional luthiery training and years as a guitar repairman, his guitars and basses quickly had people talking. A few years later Ken Haas joined the company as a booth demonstrator and followed his passion for Reverend to become CEO. Today, Joe remains Head of Design and Zack Green (Chief Set-Up Guru since 1999), still signs the headstock back of every guitar that comes through the shop. Over the years, Reverend has established a refreshing yet practical design approach, melding player-friendly features with timeless styling, outstanding tone and superb build quality to attract musicians of all levels and genres.
